Our Commitment

At Tranzza, we stand behind every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Return Window

Standard members may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Tranzza Pass members enjoy an extended 60-day return window. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

Go to My Orders in your account, select the item you wish to return, and follow the instructions. You will receive a prepaid return label by email within 24 hours. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2 to 7 business days to reflect the amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: digital products and gift cards, perishable goods, opened personal care items, customized products, and items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Buyer Protection

All purchases on Tranzza are covered by our Buyer Guarantee. If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly different from the description, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the seller's policy.
